DinerGrid provides a zero-commission smart QR ordering platform for restaurants. We provide the software, but you remain responsible for your restaurant's operations, food quality, and customer service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account.

4. Pricing and Subscriptions

DinerGrid operates on a standard subscription model. We do not charge per-order commissions. Our fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all customer data collected through your specific DinerGrid instance. We do not sell your customer data or use it to market competing services to your customers.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes, to process fraudulent transactions, or to distribute malicious software.

7. Limitation of Liability

DinerGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the services.
